หลังจากกลุ่มบริษัทแบรนด์ LVMH ผู้เป็นเจ้าของแบรนด์ Luxury อย่าง Louis Vuitton , Givenchy และ Dior และอีกกว่า 70 แบรนด์หรู เพิ่งประกาศบริจาคเงินช่วยเหลือเกือบ 100 ล้านบาท เพื่อช่วยเยียวยาภัยไวรัส โควิด 19 ไปเมื่อต้นปีที่ผ่านมา แต่ความรุนแรงของโรคนี้ดูจะเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ทำให้หน้ากากอนามัย และเจลล้างมือขาดแคลนอย่างหนัก

ครั้งนี้ประธานบริษัท LVMH อย่าง แบร์นาร์ด อาร์โนลต์ (Jean Étienne Arnault) ประกาศเปลี่ยนโรงงานผลิตน้ำหอมของ 3 แบรนด์ในเครือ อย่าง Christian Dior, Givenchy และ Guerlain เพื่อผลิตเจลแอลกอฮอร์สำหรับล้างมือ โดยเริ่มผลิตในวันจันทร์ที่ 16 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา

ซึ่งจะใช้ทีมงานเดิมที่ผลิตน้ำหอมของทั้ง 3 แบรนด์ มาผลิตเจลล้างมือเพื่อยืนยันถึงคุณภาพจองเจลที่ผลิต โดยตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ว่าจะสามารถผลิตได้มากถึง 12 ตันในช่วงสัปดาห์แรก เจลล้างมือที่ผลิตได้นั้นจะนำไปบริจาคให้แก่โรงพยาบาลใหญ่ๆ ในยุโรป เนื่องจากอยู่ในช่วงวิกฤต และหลายโรงพยาบาลขาดแคลนอย่างหนัก

โดยสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันถือว่ายังน่าเป็นห่วง มีประกาศปิดการเดินทางเข้า-ออกของหลายประเทศในแถบยุโรป อย่าง ฝรั่งเศส และเดนมาร์ก ด้วยจำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อที่พุ่งสูงขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว อย่างไรก็ขอให้ทุกคนดูแลสุขภาพ ใส่หน้ากากอนามัย หลีกเลี่ยงพื้นที่แออัด และหมั่นล้างมือบ่อย ๆ ด้วยนะคะ
